        The 3-wheel electric forklift is a mainstream model in the electric forklift segment, featuring a unique front dual-drive + rear single-wheel steering layout.         Rear wheel independent omnidirectional steering: The rear wheel integrates a steering motor + encoder, supporting ±90° even ±180° rotation. Cooperating with the synchronous drive of double front wheels, it realizes 360° in-situ rotation (zero turning radius)—the core design highlight of the 3-wheel forklift, no need to reserve turning space and can turn around directly in the aisle.

        Electric Power Steering (EPS): Cancel the traditional hydraulic steering pump, adopt servo motor to drive the steering mechanism, the steering force is only 5–8N, which can be easily operated with one hand, accurate at low speed and stable at high speed, greatly reducing driver fatigue.

3. Power & Battery System: High Efficiency, Energy Saving & Long Endurance

        Dual front wheel permanent magnet synchronous drive: Standard equipped with 2 sets of 48V/80V permanent magnet synchronous motors with a single motor power of 3–7.5kW. Dual-wheel independent torque control ensures smooth start and strong climbing ability (standard climbing capacity 10%–15%). Compared with single-drive motors, the power output is more uniform with no sideslip risk during turning

        Lithium battery exclusive adaptive design: Mainstream equipped with 48V/200–500Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, the battery compartment is integrated in the middle of the body (the lowest center of gravity position) to optimize the overall vehicle center of gravity distribution. Support fast charging (80% full in 1–2 hours) and opportunity charging (supplement power during operation intervals), no memory effect, cycle life ≥2000 times. It replaces the traditional lead-acid battery with no water addition and maintenance-free.

        Energy recovery system: When braking, going downhill and decelerating, the drive motor generates electricity in reverse, converting kinetic energy into electrical energy and recharging the battery, increasing the endurance by 10%–15%. The full-charge endurance can reach 6–8 hours, meeting the single-shift operation demand.

4. Body & Operating Space: Ergonomics + Safety Protection

        Narrow compact cab/standing platform: Divided into sit-down type and stand-on type. The width of the sit-down cab is only 600–700mm, and the stand-on type has no closed cab to further compress the body width. The operating handle, pedal and instrument panel are integrated on the driver's side, with the operating reach distance ≤30cm, in line with ergonomics.

       Full enclosed safety protection: The body is equipped with anti-collision rubber strips, overhead guard (in line with ISO 6055 standard) and side guardrails all around; the anti-pinch guard plate is designed at the rear wheel to avoid pinching during steering; emergency power-off button, reversing buzzer and LED warning lights (red/blue/yellow) are standard, meeting the European CE and American OSHA safety standards.
